I'm in the same club as @Tcoat. Just short of 200,000K, original brake pads and rotors, original plugs, second set of tires. Mostly highway miles. I can tell no difference in performance and my gas mileage is pretty steady.

Of course, not that its in virtual print I probably wont make it home tomorrow.
