The front you can use just about any of them but I’m using the 2nd from the top because I prefer a more upright seating and may try the top for just a little lean back, but doing lower will lean you more forward.

Last question (and again, apologies) -- I see they offer two different BK mounts, one for wider seats that seem super wide, and the normal one. Which one did you use?
I prefer more leaned back position so one hole down in the back and a couple up in the front probably nets me a touch more headroom too and sounds like it would work.
