I have two pairs I bought years ago I like, but can't seem to find now.
They look similar to foam disposable ear plugs, but they're made of a silicone like rubber and have a pin in the center which moves back and forth.
You push the pin in to seat the plug in. I found them to be quite comfortable for hours at a time. I use them when I go to the shooting range.
