Yup, however I have seen a few MT swaps floating around out there, jamming the MT and pedal box in seems to be the hard part, swap ECU and you're good to go. But flipside to that is many say that the MT in the IS300 was a bit underwhelming in terms of 'feel'.
Was pretty close to buying one a few times for the gf (AT was preferred) but it never came together
Wanted to pick it up for her for a few years then upgrade her to something nicer and it would be my fun-family car.
