I would personally get headers first, then an e85 tune. Aftermarket headers + e85 tune will get you more ponies.

Are you planning on running a flex fuel kit?

Will this be a good upgrade?

Yes, e85 will reduce chances of rod knock and blowby. Your engine will be cleaner!

Cons of e85
- Bad gas mileage
- If you live in cold weather conditions, it will sometimes take more than one try to start it up
