Wheel techniques is probably the most expensive place on the planet to get wheels fixed. It's far cheaper to just buy new wheels unless they are something like HREs. If you just want to powdercoat them find a powder coater and take them the wheels they're all over the bay area. Wheels America in Hayward is who most of the dealer in the bay area use.
