Selling my well modified CXracing intercooler.
I had 0 complaints with this kit as I ran it.

Modifications-

Piping was changed to mate with the turbo clocked blowing straight up. This clears the A/C lines and doesn't risk heatsoak. Intercooler orientation is also upside down vs how it was designed, which uses less piping and looks better.

Blow off valve flange was blocked off, this can be undone, it's two allen bolts. I'm doing you a favor by not including the bad ebay BOV, trust me.

Almost all ends were redone with a bead roller, they weren't rolled well initially.
Never leaked, made 330whp no issue. You'll probably want to replace almost all the clamps, they rusted bad. I'm including them so you know how many/what sizes.

I ran a catch can with no recirc, so there's no oil or anything in the intercooler or piping.



Feel free to PM me questions. This is $500 new unmodified from CXracing. I'm not here to argue that you can get a new, unmodified one for not much more. Go ahead, enjoy fighting the couplers not lining up, the weird turbo clocking, the leaking BOV, the bad bead rolls. At least the piping will be unscratched!
