Reminds me of situations back in the day ( @

Ultramaroon ) will remember, when detergent oil was introduced. People would put the "new type" of oil in their old engines to "clean" them.
Well, it "cleaned" them alright ...... and the engines started burning oil, valve trains started loudly chattering and rods started making knocking sounds.
