I thought so too, but I cleaned the MAF sensor yesterday with MAF cleaner. Didn't look particularly dirty or clogged to me, but thats just a visual inspection.

The only things upstream of the MAF is the air box and the filter itself. Not super sure how to clean those to be honest.
