What do you mean by "no one is able to keep up with PT"? They don't attend the sessions or they can't complete the exercises?

Back in the old Army, I had a mess sergeant that helped with the "overweight" problem. He trained his serving cooks, in the mess hall, to limit the servings of fattening foods to the "fat" soldiers.

My company medic helped the so called "broken" soldiers, by recommending the "peanut shot" be given. That separated out the really broken ones from the "just thing they are broken" ones.

HOOAH
I'm assigned to Sustainment Brigade, ugh. And they are always on mission as 88M and 91B. So they are tasked out so much they can't even get an entire platoon to PT, let alone the whole company doing it. And then after working for 15hrs they just go home, pig out, drink till they pass out, and then start it all over again. Plus any NCO above E6 ghost PT; same with anyone above O3.
