No pressure!

Hahaha! Consider that the Central Valley (Modesto and south to Madera/Fresno) are considered "NorCal", but are so distanced from the Bay Area that it is highly restrictive for them to participate in the events held there (Rightly held in the bay area, because there are more people in the bay area). Those Central Valley people are then disenfranchised from the rest of "NorCal".

Think of this... It takes over 1.5 hours to drive between Fresno and Modesto, another hour from Modesto to East Bay. How many people from the Bay area would be willing to drive 2 - 2.5 hours for a monthly meet in the Central Valley? Probably not nearly as many as are willing to drive to a meet on the opposite side of the bay. This is the problem for people in the Central Valley who want to be part of this community.

Perhaps put together a subsection specifically for those people. The Central Valley has a number of people that were historically interested in being a part of this community, but many have ventured off on their own, assuming that they are not "part of" the 86 club community as it is a "Bay Area thing".

Historically the divide between Northern California and Southern California would be in Madera "Where the Palm meets Pine" http://wikimapia.org/24224121/Where-...Meets-the-Pine

However, the greater Fresno area is so darned close to Madera, it might as well be thrown into a Central Valley group.
