You're right, they are expensive and rotor wear is high, but pad wear is good and rotors are cheap on these cars. I don't know your skill level or how your car is set up, but the maximum operating temperature of these pads is 800°C and their performance as that temperature is reached is exceptional.

@CSG Mike, you and I have spoken about these pads extensively - can you weigh in on their performance and your personal experience with them?
