The stock hoods are super light, for sure. But the issue for me lies in the bolt holes holding up over flying open due to lighter hood and not being as strong of a material. (I'm getting the Seibon TS hood, ordered today)

I spent most of the day researching and got in contact with someone who advised me that it would be better to skip them and spend the money elsewhere, so that's what I am doing. Sucks, but the supercharger needs to breathe better and that's more important than some hood struts
