its going to be a case of how many revs the engine can stand

with standard guts you'd be foolish to push the rev limit much higher than it is currently (approx 7500rpm) and as it currently peaks at 6900 to 7000 rpm then this will limit peak power

so to get 250ish brake you need to retune to about 8K with a rev limit of 8,500rpm

based on current level of knowledge this will need valve springs at least, possibly a set of rod bolts

then of course the new cams and shorter inlet tract to achieve the tune

and I wouldn't worry about the throttle until 330Bhp
