Ran HWY9 from Saratoga to Skyline, to Alice's, to Pescadero Creek Rd. and on to Pescadero for the first time in quite a while due to the brushfires and other stuff going on.

Overall not too bad. Occasional slow cars that don't let you pass but that's pretty standard. Tons of cyclists and motorcyclists out today, though. Also quite a few areas with rocks. It looked like one section of 84 has recently had work done to clean up the rock face on the side and they didn't do a good job cleaning up rocks/dirt that made it onto the pavement from the work (lame).

Otherwise not bad and I kept scanning along the road but never saw anywhere touched by fire on Pescadero Creek Rd. despite the brushfire maps last month showing fires like right on it. So that was nice.

There are also currently signs scattered on Skyline and 84 around Alice's with "Thank you" notes from locals for first responders. Thought that was cool to see.

Got to drive with a newer buddy who has an A90:
