That really sucks though. I seem to recall you can just sit there at the store while they talk to support. Past closing. Don't go home without a working phone.
happened to get an actually-knowledgeable person this time. turns out the phones aren't compatible, so time to pick something else...

i've considered swapping to at&t, but verizons service in this area is still better. especially in the less populated area's.

in the city, everything works. but get an 2 hours away like i tend to, tmobile is unusable, at&t is dropping to 1-2 bars at times...
