I don't mind the TRD interior, but I'm 50/50 on the body kit, and as much as I like to see a clean, black car, I've vowed never to own another black car. Plus, the TRD 18s look really heavy.
Between the two, I'd prefer the BRZ with a choice of exterior color and a good amount less $$.
Of course, this is going to be your car, so go look at both in person and get the one that you can't stop thinking about.
