This is a 18x8 +45 with a 25mm spacer and a 215/40/18 tire. I am lowered 1" and have -1.4 camber from a set of camber bolts. Your 18x8+48 with a 20mm spacer will be sunk in at least 6mm compared to this pic.

225/40 would be good for the front, but why wouldn't you recommend a 245/40 or a 245/35 for the rear? Was there excessive rubbing or something?
