Further to Tcoat's comment usually they will tack on their add ons and list it at higher price so if you want it you have no choice to pay the market adjustment. Thankfully many dealers (at least the ones I deal with) practice selling at msrp or will place an order.
Don't buy in Edmonton though - those buggers jack up the sale price on everything - always have.
