Working on Porsche's is a bit different than Subarus. With Subarus, you're hands get dirty and you often experience frustration. With Porsche's you're on a first name basis with your mechanic, may even become part of the family.

I'm pretty sure this is in every Porsche repair manual:

"Step 1: Remove the engine"
