Overland'n'5thGEN Hot Lava...

Most up to date photo...

************************************************** ***********************

Ok, so I got my FR-S about 3 weeks ago, in the awesome Hot Lava.

Now the FR-S is my daily driver because of my now toy...

It is a 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner, hence the name. It is my baby and likes to get dirty. Link to the 4Runner build.

The plan for the FR-S was to keep it stock and just use it as a fun daily driver. Well that lasted about a week.

First up was the exhaust, because I had to have a little sound.

It is an MXP resonated cat-back system. Sound is nice, a bit on the loud side but nice. I was originally going to go with the Perrin but this was in stock and on the shop owners FR-S and a ride is all it took to convince me.

Next up was the windows, SunTek 35% all the way around. My window guy does an amazing job and offers great prices. This is the 5th car of mine he has done, two of which he did twice because I wanted to go darker.

Thought I was going to stop there. But then decided to start making the FR-S to GT86 conversion. At least partly.

Decided to just remove the FR-S and leave it clean. For the wheels I had some left over Dinoc laying around so the wheels got treated.

That is how she stands as of now. Just need to figure out what I am going to do with the airbag. The stereo will be getting switched to a proper Navigation unit in the future.

Future Plans:
Some LED lights are on the way.
Sound deadening on the way.
Perrin Inlet hose
A set of 18"s in a staggered setup. Will be a matte black and light weight.
Stereo work
Either the JDM soon to be USDM LED bi-Xenon lights or a proper custom retro fit
Red out the tails or pick up a aftermarket set, possibly the Tom's.
and possibly some suspension.

I have a sickness when it comes to cars. But boy I love this Fr...er GT86. LOL

I am sure there will be more to follow.
