I mean come on.
I was recently hit in my rear passenger side of the bumper in my work parking lot as I was backing out of my parking space. The insurance fixed it in 2 days but I did have to get a new trunk lid in the fiasco. Before the repair, the trunk closed under its own weight at about a 6 inch height. Now I have to absolutely slam it, making the same action as if I am abusing a short elderly woman down on the ground.
If you think that is normal then you obviously haven't been driving for very long....
