Knew I had a clock spring repair kit somewhere in the garage, found it and spent my lunch fixing it, now interior is 100% back together and airbag system is 100% repaired and functional. Only current issue is a broken MAF sensor and low tire pressure...well...and the body work...
Will do some more body disassembly tonight.
