I'd recommend spending a little more and get the A/S 3 as well. It excels in many areas, whereas some tires only excel in a few areas. Quiet enough on the road, excellent feel & grip in dry & wet, I've driven them through several hours of torrential rain with no problems. And I've even driven them in the snow a couple times. I wouldn't recommend a long distance drive in the snow with them, but I made it to work & home on an hour commute with light snow/ice on the road. They're on the stiff side going over bumps (relative to a tire with soft sidewalls), but nothing too jarring. They just feel more responsive on the road without feeling twitchy on the highway.
