I changed those on mine at 3k and wish I did it sooner. I did about 6 autox events on the car then the trans started to be tough to get back into 2nd gear so I figured I'd change the fluid. Stuff came out nasty and tons of metal on the magnet plug. Diff was about the same too, maybe a bit less metal.
Its been 1500 miles, 2 autox's and 1 track day since then and considering swapping the fluid after 1 more autox and track event. Cars shifting totally fine but figure theres still some remnants floating around in there.
