I don't know whether the Llumar AIR 90 VLT numbers are of the film itself, or include glass. If just the film itself, accounting for glass might reduce VLT below what's legal, but it's probably close enough to not get into trouble.
Looks like Llumar's numbers are for film on 6mm clear glass. Seems like the 3M might be a better choice for light transmission vs. heat rejection...
