Looks like Llumar AIR 80 BL SR HPR (whew) would be the one you want for max heat rejection, or AIR 90 CL SR HPR for max light transmission with significant heat rejection.

(*) 3M quotes performance data of their films as installed on 73% tinted glass. Back-calculating the VLT of Crystalline 90, it only reduces VLT on the order of 1%.

I don't know whether the Llumar AIR 90 VLT numbers are of the film itself, or include glass. If just the film itself, accounting for glass might reduce VLT below what's legal, but it's probably close enough to not get into trouble.
