For me the biggest difference was with throttle blips. On 93 it pulls so much timing when blipping that often times your blips are completely ignored and you end up with a sloppy downshift. This never happens on E85.

One thing I've been working on this week is cold cranking. I'm in Florida so it's not normally much of an issue but anything bellow about 60F required two cranks. I made some adjustments to the cold cranking maps yesterday and it's much better but not perfect. This morning it cranked right up at 34F, ran for about 10secs and then stopped. Normally at 34F it would crank, start and instantly stop. So I've made progress.
