Yeah, you should take it to dealer and tell them what it's problems are. Even be a bit creative in exaggerating how often or bad it messes up. You are probably in the same boat that I was in. Antenna upgrade had been done, but the SD card for the NAV was the original. You can find out by using the settings mode and find the "Eject SD Card" button. You should use this function and not just take the card out while the car is not running from what I have read. If the Card has a red dot on the bottom corner, then it is the new card. If not then you have the same card that came with the first produced cars last year. Just tell the dealer it keeps messing up and they will order a new card from Subaru using the TSB issued for the car. It take a week or so to get the card to the dealer. As I said before in an earlier post. Once you get the upgraded card the NAV is every bit as good (with a few nice 3D features and great alternative route selections) compared to the top end Garmin Nuvi that my wife has.

I just had to tell them that it kept losing signal at times and that it lost SAT connection pretty often. They did not test it or analyze it. They simply filled out the Factory TSB form with the desription of what I told them it was doing, and I had an new card one week later.
