They are soft enough that you don't need to use a press to press them out. I've done a couple cars (mine included), in which you use a 2 jaw clamp. I think it was either a 6" or 8" 2 jaw clamp. It was purchased for cheap at Harbor Freight then returned after I used it. With a lift it's a 30 minute job, without on jack stands it takes about 45-60 minutes as it's a little harder to do when laying upside down. NHV is barely increased. Response from the wheel and feel of the wheel is a little bit crisper. See my build thread for more details I may have forgotten.
