So I decided to do a poll on this.

I have talked to several techs at the dealer, but with no luck, they told me they would submit a ticket to toyota, and that was the end of it.
symptom:
It sounds like something was engaged
It only happens when u reach 23-24 MPH (speed triggered, not temp or anything else)
Once it happens, you can not reproduce it until you have your engine shut off and stay off for at least 20 minutes.
It only makes this noise once, then it's gone regardless your speed
It makes the noise regardless which gear you are in, even when it's in N.
I did not have this noise before 1000 miles, and could not produce the noise on any of the new cars on the dealers lot.
I drive a MT, not sure if it's the same on AT.

I had my gear in neutral in all the videos, so it could capture the sound better (otherwise all ya hear is my engine roaring
