I'll agree that the car is exceptionally stable. With or without assists.

As for that accident photo, I've seen way worse with these cars. I actually just totaled a silver BRZ at work today for the same type of accident. It was wayyyyy worse though.

It's the people who get them and suddenly think they are Takumi Fujiwara that this happens to.

As for understeer, the features in autox are generally a lower speed and fairly sharp . Go too fast and turn too sharp, understeer usually happens. As cheesy as it sounds, it's a balancing act Especially on the glorious Prius tires. Though I had a 944 that drove like the tail was on ice too.

This brings me back to respect the car. Learn the car.
