I don't have any problem with other gear but recently my 3rd gear at 3k+ rpm will hear this rattling noise at the shift knob.

Weird thing is only happen at 3rd gear and not other gears.

I also notice the steering wheel silver piece is off center.


Are these problems normal or dealer will fix it?
