Fixes are made throughout the '13 model year though, so unless you're buying an early production car (there probably aren't any still sitting around), the chances of a late production '13 car having more issues than an initial production '14 are slim to negligible.
The only reasons IMO to wait would be 1) new features and other changes beyond bug fixing 2) you can't find a car in the color with the options you like and 3) higher resale value.
But unless you plan on selling the car in the next several years, the higher resale value should be more than offset by the savings on a 2013 car right now. And as has been discussed ad infinitum, the 2014 changes (that we know of so far) aren't all that groundbreaking.
