i didnt read anybody else's post, but this is my 2 cents. I have an IS300 with the e-shift. It is awesome, but my main complaint with it was the lag time from button press to actual gear shift. i wish it would shifted more like an ISF or similiar. i just hope that for fr-s/brz's shifting is faster. but honestly i'd rather just have the 6spd manual
