"Most" is too subjective. My 99's OEM suspension was REALLY tail happy. Ridiculously easy to catch, but as speeds went up, the looser I got. I would frequently find myself countersteering mildly at 75+ through recommended 55 curves that my 8 is planted in up into triple digits.
And frankly, that wasn't fun to me. Thrilling? Yes. But not fun.
I don't feel the need for more power to have fun, even with lots of grip. Most of my curve speeds are at or below my normal straight cruising speed, so throttle input is minimal.
