You also need new wheels and depending on the size wheels, tires as well. From my understanding on other posts, these kits retain the OEM offsets.
From a price standpoint, the $50 conversions are just spacers that convert to 5x114.3 (this will throw off your offsets because they're spacing as well as converting). The "hundreds" of dollar conversions are literally hubs that your axle will fit in. I don't believe this has anything to do with your brake setup, so don't worry about that.
