I live in South Bend, IN. If either of you have experience taking off/putting on the bumper, would be a plus. Also I have a garage and have all the tools required for this, not to mention, I have a couple things I would like to do while the bumper is off. In other words, meeting at my place would be the best option for me. Feel free to pm me for more information such as schedules and what not.
