I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I think we are better off trying to get a stand alone heat exchanger and using a sandwich plate with a built in thermostat. The issue I am having right now is that, as I understand it, the upper passenger side of the radiator is the hot side where we want to plumb in the heat exchanger. There is not much room there to put a heat exchanger in, meaning some serious plumbing is involved and/or the use of a very small heat exchanger. Still working on it...
