Took the car out tonight to a neighborhood that is under development (not a single house built yet, but the roads are all paved brand new and there are tons of twists and turns). Put it in sport mode and had some serious fun.. Seriously, this car is so much fun I cannot stop smiling. It just begs to be pushed through turns and wants more. I am really starting to find the sweet spot in the powerband and the shifter seems to get better the more I drive the car.
This car is just too much fun.. I know people complain about the engine, but folks, this engine makes the car. Without the boxster, this car would not have the balance and low center of gravity. It really makes the car.
Man, I hate to use cliche's but I feel like the nerd in high school who just took Kate Upton to the senior prom in this car..
When I said I have not had this much fun since my 1995 RX-7 twin turbo, I meant it. This car actually makes me forget that car, and I have not forgotten that car since I sold it...
