OK, so here is a little update. I am took my car in for the leak, they pulled the plate resealed it called it good, still leaks. Took it back, they say that it turns out it's not the plate but part of the valve cover leaking.(Toyota rep was there, guess they thought they should really look at it) So now I'm on day two of waiting to get my car back because they didn't have the seals to put it back together.....
Anyway, if you car is still leaking have them look at the valve covers too, it runs down that plate and look like the oil is coming from it.
