For example, apple refreshes almost their entire product line once a year. If one was to hold off on purchasing an apple product because they know a refresh or new model is coming out next year, then there will never be a good time to buy one.
Just buy an FR-S/BRZ/86 when you're ready or capable, and enjoy the hell out of it. Keep looking at the horizon fearing what may be released next, and you'll never get to enjoy one.
