I bet if you learned how to drive well despite the "limitations" of the car you might be a better driver. I suspect people who complain about the "torque dip" can't drive out of a wet paper bag.

One only needs to look at a Dyno chart to see the torque dip.. Or pay attention when you drive it at 4k rpms.. You will/should notice a dip in power before it builds back up.. It's not horrible... But it's there.. Kind of like waiting for it to come up on cam... I don't think it's bad really.. Just adds to the character of the car.. I expect to wait for power to wind up on this 2 litre mill.. Has nothing to do with driving skill..
