60mm tapered means you can run any lug with a 60 degrees seat (95%+ of all lug nuts for cars on the market)... Really, the only issue lies with the openings for lug nuts on the wheel.

Some wheels must use a skinny tuner-type lug nut with an internal hex socket, others are skinny lugs that use 17mm sockets. But in reality there's only about 3 major types of lug seats:

- acorn/tapered (usually 60 degrees)
- mag seat w/ washer
- ball seat
