I'm sure there is a company out there that could make a replacement unit with an upgraded filter.
with a 3d digitizer and a 3d printer someone could whip up a prototype in no time.

SkullWorks lol, I'll buy whatever solution you come up with... I haven't even run a 1/4 tank of E85 yet, or been to the dyno to do my tune yet and I'm already hooked on the stuff.
