Yeah they are definitely a pricey upgrade, and you can do it in stages but its probably best to just buy a big brake kit. You would be good if you just replaced the rotors, pads, and calipers on the front, along with stainless steel lines. Stop Tech is a good and less expensive brand to look at. Or if you are able to find a good deal on some Brembos from an 04 STi. However, people are generally proud of the Brembo name and for just a few hundred more you can get a brand new kit. My list would be this.

1. Wheels and Tires
2. Coilovers
3. Brakes
4. BOOOST!!
