Best Portland, OR Dealership?

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to get everyones opinion/experiences on the best Portland, OR Scion dealership. I am planning on getting a 2014 fr-s when they come out in September and I am still unsure on what dealership to go to. I will be selling my 07 tC on craigslist in August sometime because I dont want to deal with the whole trade in crap. I bought my tC new from kendall down in eugene and had nothing but good experiences with them but i dont really want to go down there because I am sure one of the dealerships up here will be easy to deal with. My purchase will be pretty straight forward. I am just looking for an asphalt in automatic, at this point I am planning on paying cash but I might finance a few grand if I decide to not sell my CBR.
My girlfriend bought a new xB from Wilsonville scion about 2 months ago and I wasn't a huge fan of the dealership. They only gave her $6k for her 08 Hyundai Elantra with 60k miles which was about $1,500 under bluebook and told her there was no way they would sell it for over $7k cause all there used cars are sold under blue book. They listed it on there website with the no bull pricing for $11k after she bought the xB, which I though was a little shady. She also bought a bunch of options that the salesman told her would be there in a week to get installed and it took over a month for the parts to arrive and get installed. We had to call after 3 weeks and the parts guy couldn't find the paperwork. So he did a rush order, just another annoyance on over $3,000 worth of accessories which the dealership made a killing on.
I am leaning towards Gladstone or Gresham because it seems like they always have the best selection and don't add a bunch of dealer installed options.

Thanks in advance for the feedback!
