When I graduated high school.. I went to an automotive and diesel college to become a certified mechanic.. I didn't give it much thought other than to get out of the house and do something different that I thought I would love... Since I had a love for cars since I was a baby..
To make a long story short.. I worked in IT for the last 35 years and retired from IBM after 25+ years ..
I still enjoy playing with my cars... Life just keeping coming at you...
