That's not how it works. The size of the processor's bus will not impact the ability of the two of them to talk to each other. Your mouse, for example, probably has an 8-bit micro, and it works with your 64-bit computer just fine. A 64-bit driver just means a driver that's designed to work on a 64-bit platform.
