The dyno I was on just spit out crazy low #s......it gave a new stock sti 200whp and anywhere else they dyno at 230-245whp. So that dyno gave me 156whp so I'm guessing any other one would say closer to 185-190

Most guys are getting baseline numbers between 160 and 175 bone stock (depending on the dyno) Some mustang dynos have read as low as 150 stock.

In the link I posted you can see the baseline number was 160 I think - not to far off yours.

an AWD car will show more drive train loss on a dyno than a RWD car. I think that is why STIs are showing whp that low. the engine has to work way harder to spin 4 wheels than just 2

Edit: I haven't dyno'd my car. but I have a Dyno app on my phone. (take this with a grain of salt) before all these mods I was fairly consistantly reading in the 150-155whp range. now with these mods I am consistantly reading in the 180-182whp range, that is a good 30+whp gain just like Visconti's dyno results
